Delhi’s prominent Jawaharlal Nehru University is in a state of surprise after a CD with vulgar images of one of its female students, reports said. This CD circulated within the JNU campus for the past 6 months.
Although the issue came to light merely last week when the security department of the varsity got a copy of the said compact disc (CD) and submitted it to the proctor’s office for investigation The CD in issue allegedly enclosed clips of a boy and a girl in a concession condition. The varsity authorities are inquiring the boy and the girl together with another student who was supposedly involved in recording the CD.
The authorities in JNU have got a complaint from the shief security officer of JNU and the Proctor’s office is already investigating the case.
The MMS is said to be shot some six months earlier and the boy and girl in the clip got the filming equipment from their friend in the Computer Science Department of the same institution.
The boy and girl both belong to Bihar and the boy even got a good bashing when the incidence came to light. The police has informed that JNU has not complained to the Delhi Police and they are of the opinion that there may be the involvement of the gangs running the porn industry because the picture quality is fine.
However the JNU campus MMS is in full display on the net and also being circulated on the mobile phones in which the girl is show watching a porn film while herself indulging in the sexual act and they are themselves being filmed by a camera kept on the almirah in the JNU hostel.
The scandal has certainly brought shame to the institution and the way these MMS clips are emerging the trend is very alarming with the most shocking one being shot by school students some time back.
According to the reports, the boy and girl are undergraduate students in the School of Languages, the student concerned in footage the CD is a MCA student of the university. All 3 of them belong to the Tapti hostel.
After accomplishment the news of the MMS being dispersed, the chief security officer filed a meticulous report and submitted it with evidence, to the university administration on Thursday. The reports said that senior officers have met the JNU officials concerning the incident, although the university authorities have not so far filed any complaint.
